Geelong Group is proud to announce the launch of our newly designed film faced plywood laminating hot press production line. This advanced production system has been specially developed to improve efficiency, automation level, and lamination quality for film faced plywood manufacturing.

The comprehensive line consists of the following high-precision components:

• Automatic vacuum loader with positioning function

• Film face paper + plywood forming table

• 10-layer servo motor controlled belt conveyor loader

• Air blowing system for each layer of the hot press machine

• 10-layer 800–1500T heavy-duty hot press machine, equipped with stainless steel plates, buffering cushion pads, and silicone oil system (electrical thermal oil heating boiler available as optional supply)

• 10-layer automatic unloading machine

• Film faced plywood edge trimming equipment

• Continuous cooling rack

• Vacuum unloader with two-grade / non-stop stacking syste

  
  

The production line is commonly equipped with a 10-layer heavy-duty hot press machine. However, it can also be customized to 8 layers, 12 layers, 15 layers, or other configurations according to customer requirements. Under standard production conditions, the capacity can reach up to 960 sheets per 8-hour shift.

With optimized structural design and intelligent control systems, this line enables a high level of automation, ensuring reduced labor costs and improved production stability. The strong pressure holding capability guarantees excellent bonding strength, smooth surface finish, and high-quality lamination results.

The equipment ensures high pressure holding performance during the pressing process, delivering superior bonding strength and high-quality lamination results.
