Geelong Group Successfully Develops and Installs a Customized Longitudinal Laminating Hot Press Production Line

Geelong Group has successfully developed and installed a fully automated longitudinal laminating hot press production line for one of our valued customers. This newly completed line is specially designed to handle both standard-size plywood and customized large-size panels, offering greater production flexibility and higher efficiency.

The comprehensive line consists of the following high-precision components:

• Automatic Convey System: Roller conveyors and powered ground rollers for smooth material flow.

• Loading Section: Board lifter machine with powered rollers, combined with a high-efficiency vacuum loader and belt conveyor loader.

• The Core: A heavy-duty Hot Press unit designed for uniform heat distribution and optimal pressure.

• Unloading & Finishing: Automatic unloader, precision trimming sections, and an overturn device for quality inspection.

• Stacking: An automated stacking machine to prepare the finished products for packaging.

Through optimized system integration and advanced automation design, this production line maximizes operational efficiency while significantly reducing manual labor. The equipment ensures high pressure holding performance during the pressing process, delivering superior bonding strength and high-quality lamination results.
